Bold Dental offers a comprehensive range of restorative dentistry services. From crowns and bridges to full mouth restorations, we can help you regain full function. Restorative dentistry also greatly improves the aesthetics of your smile. Our skilled team, led by Dr. Williams, uses the latest restorative techniques to make sure you always get the best possible results. You’ll be treated as the unique individual you are, with a treatment plan designed to meet your specific needs.

Dental Crowns and Bridges

CUSTOM MADE TO COMPLETE YOUR SMILE

Dental crowns and bridges are frequently used in restorative dentistry to address damaged, decayed, or missing teeth. A dental crown is a custom-made restoration that goes over a damaged tooth to restore strength and functionality. A dental bridge is used to replace one or more missing teeth. We offer different bridge types depending on the situation, including Maryland, long-span, and traditional.

No matter what type of crown or bridge you choose, we always color-match the new shade to blend in beautifully with your natural smile. Once your treatment is complete, you will be able to eat and speak normally knowing your teeth are safe and secure from future damage and decay.

Frenectomies

SAFE TREATMENT FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN

Frenectomies are safe and effective for both adults and children. It is a surgical procedure where we use either a soft tissue laser or scalpel to release a tight frenulum. When it comes to babies and kids, frenectomies are a standard method to correct lip-ties and tongue-ties. In adults, frenectomies can help prepare for prosthetics. This removes any obstructive tissue that could affect fit and comfort.

Partial and Full Dentures

REMOVABLE PROSTHETICS TO REPLACE MISSING TEETH

Bold Dental provides both partial and full dentures, which are essentially custom removable prosthetics to replace your missing teeth. If you have no teeth at all, you will need full dentures, while partial dentures are a great option if you still have healthy teeth remaining. We use the innovative Ivoclar IvoBase System for our dentures. Using this thermo-injection process, we can create a strong acrylic removable denture that doesn’t require additional structures to achieve a “snap-in” fit. As a result, our dentures are lighter and more comfortable than those made using traditional methods.

Dr. Williams’ approach to dentures is:

  • Function
  • Retention
  • Phonetics
  • Aesthetics

Function is the first focus of all our restorative dental treatments because it’s foundational to the success of all the other points (retention, phonetics, and aesthetics).

Implant-Supported Dentures

FOR IMPROVED STABILITY AND SUPPORT

Implant-supported dentures are dentures held in place by dental implants. There are removable and nonremovable options. At Bold Dental, we offer hybrid dentures, implant-retained dentures, and leave-in dentures. Implant-supported dentures give you a stable base that prevents the shifting and rubbing that can happen with regular dentures. Best of all, we can place the implants right here in our practice for ultimate convenience. Implants are tiny titanium posts placed directly into the jawbone where the roots of your missing teeth once were. Over time, the implant fuses with the bone, permanently securing it in place.

Dental Implants

PROVIDING YOU WITH THE STRONGEST FOUNDATION

Dental implants are a permanent tooth-replacement option. At Bold Dental, we can do everything from single-tooth restorations to hybrid dentures. All implant placement is done at our office. We can even place immediate implants as long as you have sufficient healthy bone and your surrounding teeth and supportive tissues are disease-free. We also do bone grafting at our office, so there is no need for a referral to have this done.

Dental implants also help prevent jawbone loss and restore full oral function. Not replacing missing teeth can result in speech difficulties and changes in chewing patterns that can cause pain and discomfort. The teeth surrounding your missing teeth can also shift into the space and alter your bite.

Full Mouth Restoration

ADDRESSING MULTIPLE CONCERNS THROUGH ONE TAILORED TREATMENT PLAN

A full mouth reconstruction addresses all of your oral concerns through a series of hand-selected restorative dental treatments. First we will perform a thorough evaluation of your entire mouth. Dr. Williams will then present you with all your potential treatment paths before moving forward. We believe in empowering you to make your own dental care decisions, and it’s important that your full mouth restoration treatment plan aligns with your goals. From full-arch restoration to single-tooth restoration, Bold Dental aims to restore function, fit, and beauty so you can finally smile confidently.

We welcome patients looking for a second opinion as well—at no charge for that initial consultation. You can bring in the treatment plan you received from another dentist. The Bold Dental team will go over it line by line, perform an evaluation, and provide you with another opinion.
